I am experienced in both traditional and digital photography, but I prefer the latter, largely because no chemicals are required to see the initial results of a shoot. My current camera of choice is a Nikon D300.

My interest in photographing youth sports started when my own children began playing soccer and lacrosse. I made the transition from mom with a camera to team photographer, in 2007, when I began documenting the lacrosse seasons for all of the parents. I now strive to photograph as many of the local team sports as possible.

I also enjoy seeing my own community and surrounding areas from as many perspectives as possible. I have participated in the Napa Grid Project since its inception, and I am always on the lookout for interesting images to freeze in time.
